the above is to use file encryption and decryption methods. Following some problems you may encounter during use, special instructions here:
1. Advanced button can not be used

resolution:
volume is converted to NTFS with convert utility volumes. Open a command prompt. Type: Convert [drive]/FS:NTFS (drive is the drive letter of the destination drive)
2. When you open an encrypted file, it shows "access denied" message
cause: the encrypting file system (EFS) using a public key certificate to encrypt the file, the private key associated with the certificate is not available on this computer.
resolution:
to find an appropriate certificate's private key, and import the private key to your computer and using the Certificates snap-in on this computer.
3. users based on NTFS to encrypt files, reinstall the system of encrypted files cannot be accessed after the solution of the problem (Note: reloading Win2000/XP be sure to back up your encryption certificate users):

to the PFX file is saved well. After reloading system in which users simply double-click the certificate file, import the private certificate can access the NTFS system, by the original of the certificate the user an encrypted folder.
